Installation Engineering & Verification of Detailed Engineering

  1. Engineering for construction & installation of 1 fixed offshore platform (Jacket 1300t/Topside 1400t) , 2 pipelines (16” with HDD & 8”), 1 subsea umbilical and 1 subsea wellhead structure.
  2. Engineering for decommissioning, removal by reverse float over and transportation of the Jack up Rig (weighing 10000 te) back to harbor onboard a transportation vessel.
  3. Engineering for the transportation of Module (800t) and installation on to FPSO by heavy lift crane vessel in DP Tandem mode. The scope includes but not limited to, DP tandem mode verifications, transportation, transit route study & seastate assessment, dynamic lift analysis, workability & operability assessments and operational risk assessment.
  4. Engineering for the installation of Module by heavy lift crane vessel on to the Platform. The scope includes but not limited to dynamic lift analysis, workability and operability assessments.
  5. Installation engineering of 48” pipelines (Lines 1 & 2) using Pipelay vessel (approx. 150 km).
  6. Installation engineering feasibility of 48” pipelines (Lines 1 & 2) using Pipelay barge.
  7. Engineering for construction & installation of 1 fixed offshore platform (Jacket 800t/Topside 1300t), 3 pipelines (10” , 2 x 6” ), 1 subsea umbilical. Demolition of an existing platform(Demolition Jacket 700t, Demolition Topside 150t) and 8” offshore pipeline.
  8. Engineering for construction & installation of 2 fixed offshore platforms (Jacket A 550t, Jacket B 900t /Topside A 1300t, Topside B 1300t), , 2 pipelines (28″ with 2″ piggyback), 2 submarine composite cables. Demolition of an existing platform and 8” offshore pipeline.

Asset Engineering​

  1. Engineering for DP tandem mode verifications and vessel interconnection system design for two vessels in tandem – one in DP mode and the heavy lift shear leg in lifting mode to perform heavy lift operations.
  2. Conceptual engineering for installation of mooring system on Pipelay vessel.
  3. Drilling Simulation Equipment Seafastening on-board the drilling support vessel.
  4. Configuration of real time pipelay monitoring software using OrcaFlex (including on-board support) for Pipelay barge
  5. Stinger Monitoring System development & installation for Pipelay barge
  6. Upgrade of Stinger system and installation of real time pipelay monitoring system for Pipelay Vessel
  7. Detailed Asset Engineering for Mooring system installation on Cargo barge for utilization during reverse float over for a the project

Bids and Tenders

  1. EPCI for CBM terminal including PLEM and pipelines to shore facility.
  2. The scope of the Project involves the extension of the life of FPSO facilities by 10 years.
  3. Preliminary feasibility of the proposed installation configuration concerning FSRU berthing concepts, FSRU mooring scheme, Design of FSRU marine terminal and layout and Design & installation of 10” gas pipeline linking FSRU and the onshore plant.
  4. Installation of the floating  wind mill in deep water.
  5. Dismantlement of existing SPM and Engineering, manufacture and installation of two systems of single-point moorings (SPM’s) comprising MWBT, anchor chains, suction anchors, double-carcass subsea and floating hoses and the mooring equipment.
  6. Installation analysis of 20” pipeline up to 90 m WD.
  7. Installation analysis of 16”, 20” and 32” pipelines up to 235 m WD (arctic conditions), including feasibility studies with different lay vessels.
  8. Installation analysis of 16” and 42” piggyback pipelines and FOC in shallow water (arctic conditions), including feasibility studies with different lay vessels.
  9. Transportation and installation of a 70km long  multiphase pipeline (16”) to shore including shore crossing & onshore pipeline, laying of two submarine power and FOC cables and jacket installation (approx. 3100 te).
  10. Transportation plan of LNG-FSU 250,000 te Gr.wt from  Shipyard in SE Asia to Russia and Route Study.
  11. GBS dry dock exit for the Project. GBS de-ballasting, GBS stabilization, tug connection and exit from the dry dock.
  12. Installation of 156 km long 30” pipeline (GPP) from 20-137 m WD and above water tie-in (AWTI), including landfall approach and shore crossing by micro tunnelling.
  13. Installation analysis of 40” pipeline in shallow water area (arctic conditions).
  14. Installation of  20” pipeline (123 km).
  15. Installation engineering for Cable pull-in with piggyback ( ~3 km).

Operation Management

  1. Operation Support for Installation of 1 fixed offshore platform, 2 pipelines (16” with HDD & 8”), 1 subsea umbilical and 1 subsea wellhead structure.
  2. Operation Support for 48” Pipelay installation pipelines (Lines 1 & 2) using Pipelay vessel (approx. 150 km). (Including offshore operation support).
  3. Operation Support for10,000t Jack up Rig removal and transportation back to harbor onboard a transportation vessel.
